“We do not heal the body. Our bodies are intelligent, able to heal themselves. We simply provide support and nourishment the body can use to do its work.”
Katia Lamone, Herbalist and Midwife
It’s snowing again! Why am I surprised? After all it’s February right? The weather’s been so nice the last few weeks I almost planted flowers. Ah well, all in good time.
Today it is winter. A quiet time of self reflection, of planning. Enjoy it while it lasts. Each place in the cycle has it’s own beauty. Today let us rest in the energy of winter. Together let’s send love and healing to all in need. Then when it’s time, we’ll move on to spring.
