Thursdays in Hot Springs
Pine Hills Retirement Community
2711 U.S. 18 Hot Springs, SD
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Healing Yoga
A gentle healing class a step or two more physical than the chair class. Especially suited for seniors or those suffering from chronic illness, physical issues and chronic pain. All are welcome. Participants may be standing, sitting and lying down.
4:00 – 4::30 pm – Chair Yoga Class
Designed for the elderly and physically challenged, our focus in on creating a long smooth breath, increasing mobility and range of motion and pain management. Everyone is welcome.
7:00 – 8:15 – Hatha Yoga
A traditional Hatha Yoga Class that may use the primary tools of asana, pranayama, visualization, chanting and meditation to move toward a state of health, happiness and harmony.
Please note that the time has changed for both the chair class and the evening hatha class.
