Course Structure
Ten 3 day modules with homework and phone lessons between modules.
Friday noon to 7:00 pm, Saturday noon to 7:00 pm, and Sunday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Following are tentative dates and general outline of course materials;
May 16, 17 and 18, 2014– Foundations for yoga theory and practice
June 6, 7 and 8, 2014 – Foundations for asana 1: Forward Bends (Pascimatāna), Backward Bends (Purvatāna)
July 11, 12 and 13, 2014 – Foundations for asana 2: Western anatomy as it relates to Yoga.
Lateral Poses (Parsvatāna), Twisting Poses (Paravritti)
August 8, 9 and 10, 2014 – Foundations of Ayurveda
Sept 19, 20 and 21, 2014 – Foundations for asana 3: Inversions and Special Poses
November 7, 8 and 9, 2014 – Course Planning & Teaching Methodology for group classes and personal practice
December 12, 13 and 14, 2014 – Foundations of Pranayama Theory and Practice
January 17, 18 and 19, 2015 – Pranayama 2: Course planning for Pranayama for group and private classes
March 20, 21 and 22, 2015 – Foundations in Meditation
May 1, 2 and 3, 2015 – Working with Special Populations in public and private classes, Teaching Methodology, The Business of Yoga

Cost and Payment
The cost of the program will be 200 hour – $2500 ($2000 if paid in full upon registration),
$200 per module for each of 10 modules plus a $500 registration fee

For Personal Enrichment or to build up hours toward your certification
Individual modules may be attended without signing up for the entire program at a cost of $300.00 per weekend.  If you choose to become certified using this route there will be a $250.00 administration fee at the time of graduation.
